Cookbook Question: Please leave your answer in the comments. Thanks!

So there is a recipe using sausage. Do you like using sausage in casings or bulk sausage? If you like sausage in casings, how do you better understand the measurement? In ounces or number of sausages?

  2. In the casings is what I use most often; and the number of sausages certainly would be the most simple for me also.

  3. Just pounds of sausage and then I decide if I want to do bulk or casings.

  5. If I buy it in casings, I always remove them. I prefer to work with weight, but both measurements might be a good idea.
