Exciting news! Ethan and I are catering a farm-to-table dinner at La Nay Ferme on June 22nd at 6:30pm.
What is La Nay Ferme? It is a small, CSA (community supported agriculture) farm up in the foothills of Provo. It's run by a super passionate guy named Clinton and he has quite the operation. Just being at the farm is magical, much less eating from it.
Ethan and I will be preparing a dinner using almost all ingredients from La Nay Ferme. After spending the evening walking around the green houses, my head is swirling with menu ideas. If you come, you will have such a great time.
