Farm-to-Table Dinner! It isn't too late!

So you have nothing to do on Friday? Friday, as in the day after tomorrow? Great! Come hang out with me and lots of great people at a beautiful farm in Provo. The food is going to be sublime. In fact, here is our tentative menu:

Appetizer:
Arugula pesto crostini with shaved radishes
Green pea hummus with pita chips


Dinner:
Mixed greens with buttermilk ranch dressing
Pickled green bean salad
Zucchini gratin
Grilled chicken with herb vinaigrette


Dessert:
Grilled poundcake with strawberries, whipped cream and mint syrup
